* EPA members are entitled to a 15€ reduction in the registration fee
  IUPAC members are entitled to a 10% reduction in the registration fee

** Limited to maximum of 300 participants

Cancellation fees: If for any reason you wish to cancel your registration before June 1st 2014, you will be fully reimbursed (less any applicable processing fees). After that date, no reimbursement will be possible.

The registration fee for regular and student participants includes:
• Welcome reception on Sunday 13th July
• Admission to all scientific sessions
• USB key containing Abstracts
• Conference materials
• Coffee breaks / refreshments
• Wine & cheese at poster sessions
• WiFi access

The registration fee for accompanying persons includes:
• Welcome reception
• Bordeaux walking tour, visit to Sauterne region, one choice of excursion (Wednesday).
Note: Accompanying persons cannot participate in the scientific sessions of the conference.

LUNCHES
It is not practical to go to downtown Bordeaux for lunch, and there is a very limited number of reasonably-priced restaurants in the immediate vicinity of the congress site. For this reason, we have planned for a buffet-style lunch inside the congress site, next to the poster area. The price is 70 € for four days (Monday – Thursday) and includes food and non-alcoholic beverages. Access will be restricted to those that have purchased lunch tickets.

EXCURSIONS
It is imperative that you register for the excursions before June 1st 2014 in order to participate. Any registration after that date will be subject to availability. Please note that other excursions will be offered if the one you chose is already full. Only sign up for ONE excursion.
